The Central Jersey Chapter of PAHCOM is sponsoring an EMR/EHR Open House on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 from 8:30 to 4:00 at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center - 70 James Street Edison, NJ. This event will take place in the Conference Center.

For this event, we are specifically looking for vendors that provide Electronic Medical Record / Electronic Health Record systems or software. The table fee for this event is $75.00 for non-chapter sponsors. For existing and new chapter sponsors, this cost is included in your yearly sponsor fee. If you are interested in becoming a chapter sponsor, please click here.

The Central Jersey Pahcom Executive Board will review all registrations to determine if your company and/or service is appropriate for this open house. All vendors will get a table to set up their table-top displays around the circumference of the conference room. You are allowed up to two company representatives. We are marketing this event in both Muhlenberg and Kennedy hospitals, on our chapter web site and to our state-wide membership via fax and email. We will also be notifying the PAHCOM state membership of this opportunity. We encourage all vendors to raffle off a gift at their table in order to maintain attendance from the medical professionals throughout the day.

Last year, our EMR event was a huge success with over 100 atendees. We will be sending out advanced registration and will have a rough head count in early September.
